About us

We’re a social enterprise that lives and breaths the circular economy ethos.

We run a range of bike education programs that offer participants an immersive and hands-on learning experience. Our programs explore the circular economy that we live and breathe at the Community Bike Hub, and teach participants how to be proactive members of it.

All funds raised by our service and repair workshop go towards funding our volunteer and education programs and enable us to repair donated bikes for those in need.

We also take old bikes, parts and accessories, repurpose them and donate them to people in the community.

We are powered by non-profit community organisation Local Impact (formerly the Inner West Community Foundation) and thankful to all our supporters, including committed volunteers, customers and donors who help us provide equitable access to active transport in Melbourne’s inner west.
